Update Tape Context to Set Timeout for All Tests?

Is it possible to update the tape context to set a default timeout value for all tests, rather than having to pass directly in every test?

Currently, it can only be passed as options to a test. I'm not stoked about making the main export stateful with a property - but we could add an environment variable that updates the default timeout (which is, "nothing")?

That sounds perfect. I do understand that this is a unit test framework though, and we are purposing it for SDK integration testing. So if what I'm asking isn't in line with the intended use, totally understand.
