The CI failed because we haven't cherry-picked the change that updated the allowed years in the check-source script for the 5.10 release. #791 fixes this. |

Explanation: This adds support for resolving links in a symbol's
@DeprecationSummarycontent.Scope: Local and external links in content in inside symbol's optional
@DeprecationSummarydirective.Issue: rdar://120374614
