update swaggo/swag install to reflect current information on that page (also `go get` alone does not install binary, so current instructions are incomplete)

Current instructions with
go getdo not install binary (incomplete); copied step fromswaggo/swagcurrent repo to update.Also fixed missing space on step 4 to properly format
