Create performance tests on GitHub Api

Use following fixture: https://github.com/github/rest-api-description/blob/main/descriptions/ghes-3.1/ghes-3.1.json

Even though is OAS 3.0 document we can use OAS 3.1 ApiDOM adapter to approximate the results.
