Bootstrap performance suite for `Refracting primitive types` for OpenApi 3.1 namespace

We'll use benchmark.js library to perform the performance analytics. Simple pefromance suite needs to created.

Requirements:

• every benchmark needs to run separately
• have to possibility to run all benchmark in suite
• benchmark must provide information about it's expected operations per second
