Ability to fetch sequences

TBD: not sure on the exact implementation - would need investigation
Additional context
We recently had a customer who was trying to insert directly into the auth.refresh_tokens table, but the id field is a bigserial. It would have been easier for the developer to debug if they could compare the "max" id and the sequence last value
