[GLOBAL] Switch from angular2-uuid to uuid using v4. #411

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are currently using angular2-uuid for multiple packages. However, it has now been 8 years since the last update and the plain uuid package now also provides Typescript support.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should switch from angular2-uuid to uuid to eliminate an unsupported package in favour of one that has active development.
