Collection times can be time range but only specific point of time supported

In Hungary, post boxes have time range as collection times, but StreetComplete supports only specific point of time. Here is how it is written on a post box:

The Hungarian text PÉNTEK 18-20 között is On FRIDAY between 18:00-20:00. With using StreetComplete, mappers can add this as Fr 18:00,20:00 instead of Fr 18:00-20:00. Some mappers add only Fr 18:00 because of this bug.

Can you please enable time ranges for Hungary?

How to Reproduce
Visit a post box in Hungary and read the collection times. It is always a time range of 2 hours instead of a specific pont in time.

Expected Behavior
Mappers can add the written time range.

Hm, this is not a bug, but a missing feature.

It would be helpful if you added this information to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:collection_times so that others know that time ranges should be expected to also include ranges.
