Modify KoreanCVPhonemizer.cs

KoreanCVPhonemizer.cs has been modified.

• The space between the Batchim and the next note can now be removed through the Use space between the Batchim and the next note item in ko-cv.ini.
• Changed to allow the use of a single sound Batchim (n) instead of the existing VC-style Batchim (a n). (Use tan Batchim in ko-cv.ini)
• Modified to replace the Batchim l with l when followed by the initial consonant r. (Use replace the batchim 'L' with 'l' when followed by 'r' in ko-cv.ini)
