The following bugs are fixed:
In "Edit Lyrics" dialog, pressing Ctrl+Z will result in error. If you click "apply", OpenUtau will crash.
In "Note Defaults" dialog, press Ctrl+Z in "Default Lyric" field, draw a new note, and OpenUtau will crash
In "Phonetic assistant" dialog, input a letter, press Ctrl+Z for 3 times and it will show an error
