[PRIORITY]and[REPLACE]sections contain an empty newline, the default values will be returned. With this fix, instead a null value will return. Note that the default values will still be used if the presamp.ini does not contain either of these sections at all. These are the intended behaviors of presamp.MsToTickAt()code and replace withtimeAxisimplementation.
