Feature/scale width. This allows a horizon chart to be scaled to more horizontally - overcoming the limitation of 1 pixel per data point. This is useful for cases where the data query is limited for certain date ranges (hostedGraphite), but you would like to have the horizon chart be larger (or even span the width of the browser window.
