Request: Add documentation link to README

The documentation link in the README (https://www.freesimplegui.org) is currently broken.

I wonder if the docs could easily be hosted from a GitHub Pages site? It would be nice to have independent docs from PySimpleGUI. Seems it's been overlooked thus far?

@spyoungtech this request has unexpectedly become more urgent as the PySimpleGUI documentation website will apparently be shutting down in the coming months:

The PySimpleGUI registration and documentation websites will continue to operate for a couple of months to give commercial customers an opportunity to create distribution keys. No new Hobbyist keys will be available. [...] We’ll be distributing an offline version of the documentation so that you’ll have it for the future.

You may wish to link to the Wayback Machine copy of the documentation website. Much of the infrastructure for PySimpleGUI remained as-is in the closed-source version 5, and the documentation appears to have been written in about 2022.

The docs are currently (and always have been since our initial release) available on readthedocs: https://freesimplegui.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

I'm going to close this in favor of using #4 for tracking. As stated there, the docs will eventually be updated and eventually the freesimplegui domains will eventually point to somewhere useful. I know it has been a while and the broken links can be frustrating, but I believe all the docs are still available on readthedocs.

I reckon you're a volunteer, and I know that answering similar questions over again would frustrate me! Thanks for your work on this project. It's appreciated.
