Cannot find by index name when using Hazelcast with flush mode immediate

This is the Hazelcast 3 equivalent of gh-1801.

When setting flush mode to immediate the Principal Name Index is not stored in the session.

This prevents findByPrincipalName and findByIndexNameAndIndexValue from functioning as expected.
