Add SpEL support to header-enricher [INT-880]

Use case example:

A zip comes in, is unzipped, then processed. After processing the original zip file needs to be moved.

It would be cool if the move could be based on a header that contains a reference to the original file.

Something like this:

<header-enricher name="original-file" expression="payload" />

The original issue summary was: "Allow header enricher to set payload as header"

That will be possible if we provide SpEL support and set the Message as the root object of the evaluation context at runtime.

Committed the support for the "expression" attribute. Will add the "type" attribute (optional) as well before marking this issue as resolved.

The "type" attribute is now supported as well (but optional). For example (from HeaderEnricherTests-context.xml):
