Add micrometer metrics tags in reference documentation

The [Built-in metrics](https://docs.spring.io/spring-batch/docs/4.2.x/reference/html/monitoring-and-metrics.html#built-in-metrics) section shows the type of each metric but not the corresponding tags.

The documentation should be updated with all the tags associated with each metric. Thanks @tzolov for the suggestion!
