Description
It would be great to see an example of the SynchronizedItemStreamReader in the documentation. It's mentioned several times, however no example is provided.
Additionally, denoting the thread safety of ItemReaders and ItemWriters in Appendix A: List of ItemReaders and ItemWriters could consolidate the information regarding thread safety that is dispersed across the JavaDocs (although very well noted in them).
