When
InvalidTypeApplicationErroroccurs in the RBS validator, there is a possibility that Steep will raise an Unexpected error if the type argument isRBS::Types::ClassInstance,RBS::Types::Interface, orRBS::Types::Alias.This PR fixes the issue so that problems are reported correctly.
