Typo in error message: "Foramt" should be "Format"

In the current version of the library, there's a small typo in the error message raised when the Format: line can't be found:

`raise ValueError("Can't find Events tag or Foramt line in this file.")`

Suggested fix:

`raise ValueError("Can't find Events tag or Format line in this file.")`
