Anchor Counter dApp v2:
(1) Redesigned "AnchorCounterDapp" and
(2) Fixed counter program Anchor related issues like:
i. Anchor version and dependencies update to v0.30.1,
ii. IDL and TYPES are not been generated even after running "anchor build" successfully due to using Anchor 0.29.0 version,
iii. Fixed local files not found due to "proc_macro2 local files issues" (set to currently tested working version 1.0.94)
(3) Updated React Native Expo and fixed counter components.
(4) Added drop-down "Solana program info" card and some consoles to make it easier for devs to debug.
(5) Added additional Pollyfills to fix react native expo errors like "ReferenceError: Property 'structuredClone' does not exist".
