Adding OpenGeoPlotter and BlenderGeoModeller

@bsomps looks cool. Can you add an open source license to https://github.com/bsomps/OpenGeoPlotter and for both add a CONTRIBUTING section to each README or a CONTRIBUTING.md file that states whether you're open to issues or contributions from users.

Bypassing link check as error does not repeat
