Great work - more configuration examples

Hi there, this is great work and the basic example got me up and running very fast. I'd love to see an example on how to configure the proxy, more specifically how to use the filter and logging. I am assuming filter is to allow certain domain addresses to pass through. I'm looking to use this with my project https://github.com/dataplane-app/dataplane :)

The projects ships with, for example, a hostname filter, but a filter is just anything that implements the following interface:

)
