Scroll to hide keyboard

Firstly, thanks for a great package!

I just downloaded and updated to latest version, now the keyboard is "stuck" and not hiding when scrolling tableview. Everything works fine though except for the visual scroll to hide keyboard. Any suggestions what it might be?

This feature has been removed in 1.9
Please see #355 for an alternative approach.
