[gui] cant see comment editor box, it's invisible

Issue details

I used jadx, then I pressed the shortcut semicolon and tried to add a comment to the code. Then I noticed that the comment column, the edit box is not visible. I had no idea what I had typed.
Looks like:

Whether you add or update a comment, you do not see the specific comment text.

As a workaround it is possible to change window size to make comment text area visible, this window size will be saved and applied next time you open this dialog again (even after jadx-gui restart).
To fix the issue, I will set minimum size for components.

Fixed. Dialog minimum size now will force all components to be visible, this should prevent this issue.
