Updates readme files to have the same name among all examples. #379

Good morning ! 🌞Thanks for taking such a good care and putting all these effort in order to explain and explore all these different possibilities serverless can provide.
I wanted to help keep the code base a little bit more uniformed. I have notices that three examples have not the same naming format on the README file. To be more explicit
aws-node-puppeteer has it as readme.md
aws-node-vue-nuxt-ssr has it as readme.md and
aws-node-oauth-dropbox-api has it as ReadMe.md.
Therefore I opened this PR in order to have this fixed. #380
