Neurogenesis for Continual Relation Extraction within Mixture of Task Expert Architecture

Integration of neurogenesis for continual relation extraction utilizing BERT models. Neurogenesis has been used to provide natural memorization of learnt model with asteroid regularize Q and K. This work is fully application of neurogenesis during continual relation extraction along with BERT-Large. The formulas and theory about neurogensis in Draelos et al. 2017 has been integrated to Bert model. We also introduce a mixture of tasks aproach. Each task task models has neurogenesis-based regularizer during forward pass.

Note: This work is intended for paper submission, and the PhD thesis will be submitted in November. Use of any part requires proper copyright acknowledgment.
