Add keyboard navigation between sprite, costume and sound tiles #5030
Description
Expected Behavior
If you tab to a currently selected sprite, costume or sound the delete button has focus. It would be nice to be able to use arrow keys to move to the next/previous element in the list. E.g., if there are two costumes and the first one is selected, down arrow would move to the next costume.
React-tabs already provides this behavior on the Code/Costumes/Sounds tabs. If you keyboard tab to the Code, right arrow will switch from code to Costumes, then Sounds.
Actual Behavior
Arrow keys are ignored.
