Why scrapy-frontera convert every response it received to Frontera response?

If I am reading [this code](https://github.com/scrapinghub/scrapy-frontera/blob/master/scrapy_frontera/scheduler.py#L46) correctly, `scrapy-frontera` will convert all responses it received to Frontera response. Shouldn't `FronteraScheduler` only convert response to Frontera response if the response is coming from request with cf_store = True?
