Mentalist v2.0 is now available with Python 3.11+ support and modern Poetry-based installation!
Mentalist is a graphical tool for custom wordlist generation. It utilizes common human paradigms for constructing passwords and can output the full wordlist as well as rules compatible with Hashcat and John the Ripper.
The fastest way to learn how to use Mentalist is to install it from source using Poetry or pip and play around. If you need to use an older Python version (3.6-3.10), you can still download prebuilt applications for v1.0.
