[Bug]: x509_v2 certificate_managed ignores copypath and prepend_cn #68828

What happened?
While fixing another x509_v2 issue, I noticed that x509_v2's certificate_managed fails to pass through both copypath and prepend_cn parameters, effectively ignoring them.
