Refactor integer vectors using ClonableIntArray Cython data structure

• Integer Vectors have no element class
• Integer Vectors elements must be immutable and hashable
• Clean the old code with new specification
• Add documentation
• Deal with coeherence beetween extra arguments of the constructor
• ...
