Lightbox Mode

This set of options allows to open images in a lightbox, when user clicks on them.

These settings control the lightbox mode:

  • Lightbox, available options:
  • Default – lightbox is enabled, the media field (specified in the content items tab) is used for the lightbox image
  • Disabled – lightbox is disabled, in this case the Grid Stack Ex has the same behavior as the standard Grid Stack widget.
  • Caption, available options:
  • Use Title – the title field (specified in the content items tab) is used for the lightbox caption (the caption is usually displayed at the bottom of the lightbox)
  • Use Content – the content field (specified in the content items tab) is used for the lightbox caption
  • None – the lightbox caption is not displayed
  • Image, available sub options:
  • Width – width of the lightbox image in pixels or auto
  • Height – width of the lightbox image in pixels or auto

The lightbox can display images only. The images can be in any of the following formats: JPG, PNG, GIF. The ability of rendering SVG format is not guaranteed and depends on various factors (the browser, the SVG file itself).
