There are many [sig] sh 1296 sig_dispatch_pending: Win32 error 298 releasing sigcatch_nosync(0xEC) errors on auto-win.
I have no idea what the problem is.

I was wrong. sig_dispatch_pending messages do not matter.
It failed to make run_pass_stage2.dll.

I saw similar errors on #5726. So far I can't reproduce it.

If I declare an extern function that other test also uses and has different type, make check-fast would cause LLVM assertion failure. I add a builtin function to prevent this error.
