mobile user experience

i was working on cookbook but i think it would be better to write it here as its a problem of all docs using mdbook. mdbook works ok on pc, but some mobile aspects could use improvement.

• menu - opening it on half width looks weird and ugly. we should open it full width.
• menu animation - do we really need it? its super heavy on mobile
• playpen buttons - too small, maybe put it outside?
• playpen text - we should wrap it if its too long. horizontal scrolling is annoying.

I’d add that menu doesn’t open at all at chrome on iOS.
