Bump MSRV to 1.79 #270
Description
Enables use of std::path::absolute. This should not be done until 2026 at least.
Notes
- This crate doesn't currently have an MSRV policy.
- Debian stable is currently 1.85 but that's too new to set as a baseline right now.
