Bootstrapping support

This sounds like something that would be covered by rust-lang/rfcs#403, but could you elaborate a little more on what you're thinking of here? What would you like to enable bootstrapping?

Well, rust-peg uses itself to generate its code, so you need to compile it manually, run it, when run cargo build. There's a script there but why not let cargo do it?

Ah! In that case that's definitely covered everything. This would probably fall under the code generation case study where the "code generation" would be "compile the parser by hand and use it to generate the real parser".

I'm gonna close this in favor of that RFC, because it sounds like it would cover this use case. Thanks for opening though!
