「if you don’t mind」は日本語でいう「差し障りがなければ…」のへりくだった表現ですね。なのでこの一文は
「3つ目のビルドを走らせても構わないのであれば、全てのチャネルに対してビルドをしてもらえると嬉しいです」の意味ですね。馴染む日本語が思い浮かばない…

ありがとうございます。
3つ目のビルドのくだりは確かに難しいです。かなり意訳になってしまいましたが直してみました。
