build(doc-fence-check): add "auto fix" mode #39804
Description
In the case that pnpm run doc-fence-check fails with changes needing committing, we should provide a helper script for contributors to auto-fix their changes.
This may be moreso when #38145 is merged, and introduces more complex changes.
