Can't order connections

RDM Version: 0.9.4

Environment (OS name and version): Microsoft Windows 10

It would really great if connections in the left panel could be ordered by the user dragging them.

Currently, the only way to re-order connections is exporting them, manipulate the exported file, and then importing them.

Moving the connection blocks in ~/.rdm/connections.json also works.
