Host mcp server on openshift

As of right now using this mcp-server as a part of a CI job is problematic because using a container within a CI runner is not easy.

Solution is to host the server and provide a url to use so that this mcp server can easily be used with CI jobs that run gemini cli and things like that

@ascerra it's not hard to run this uncontainerized. That might be a good solution for using it other CI workflows.

Something like this:

     "mcp-server": {
      "command": "python",
      "args": [
        "server.py"
      ],

Of course you need to make sure all the python deps are available, but that's easy enough to do in a GitHub or GitLab runner.

Maybe deploying a persistent instance of this MCP is out of scope in this repo.
