Default config to file in gulp-tasks folder

What you thinking about the config being picked up from a file in the gulp-tasks folder called config.(js|coffee)?

I would be ok with automatically loading in config. When I use this I load in config I do it in the gulpfile because there are a couple of tasks I like to explicitly write in there.

That is basically what I am doing as well. I did try to put the config file in the folder and it fails because it is not formed correctly like the tasks. So, first it would be nice to have it be ignored in the gulp-tasks folder. Secondly, I was thinking that it could be beneficial that if the config file is found in the gulp-tasks folder it is automatically used. Otherwise you can just load it manually in the options like it is done right now.

I will make some changes and submit a pull request so you can see what I am thinking.
