Follow on PR to #103.

  • Add Databricks page to index.md toctree for nav
  • Add some preamble
  • Explain why we need to build a container
  • Test all deployment steps work
  • Add a section showing how to use a cluster once it has been created (open a notebook, set the backend, etc)
