Some of the dependencies listed in `dependencies.yaml` (specifically for `pylibcugraph`) in release 25.10 mistakenly reference 25.08 versions. This PR corrects this issue.

Resolves a merge conflict blocking the forward merger of branch-25.10 into main. Changed the branch name.
