CI validate failing due to booleanValueExpression -> booleanExpression change

CI failing with:

218:11  error  invalid-ref  '#/components/schemas/booleanValueExpression' does not exist @ 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/opengeospatial/ogcapi-features/master/cql2/standard/schema/cql2.yml'  components.schemas.booleanValueExpression.$ref

This schema was changed recently from booleanValueExpression -> booleanExpression, and that reference just needs to be updated.
