Add support for Compose Dev Services and a tutorial

This PR adds support for the Compose Dev Services to the Dev Services of the Quarkus Azure Service Bus Extension.

Instead of using the Azure Service Bus emulator provided by the extension, the user can now define a compose file with a custom stack.
This opens up new possiblities of custimization and may lead to reduced application startup times in dev mode.

To showcase the various ways of using the Dev Services, I added a tutorial module to the integration tests.

@majguo the build fails since 5 days, so it is not related to the merge of this PR. I will investigate further, though.

@majguo This is due to the yet unreleased update to Testcontainers 2.0.2 in Quarkus., see quarkusio/quarkus#51314 (comment)
