Description:

  • Updated CI gpu image version: pytorch/conda-builder:cuda11.8 -> cuda12.1
  • Fixed HVD installation in gpu-ci job

Check list:

  • New doc strings: description and/or example code are in RST format
  • Documentation is updated (if required)
