Addresses #2265

Description:
Added Doctests for FractionalBias, FractionalAbsoluteError, CanberraMetric, GeometricMeanAbsoluteError

Check list:

  • New tests are added (if a new feature is added)
  • New doc strings: description and/or example code are in RST format
  • Documentation is updated (if required)
