Looks good as a base. Need to adjust content on the basis of who we are targeting.
- Is this blog for outreach partners directly?
- or just providing them with information.

It's a supplement to the email(https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ulsyKBGBm4CecQPENRBmafqdFFags3ZS1GEOYTHFH0E/edit?usp=sharing) or the PR will be better pythonindia/pyconindia-handbook#31 If some community is interested to be an outreach partner after seeing a social media post or something, not getting the mail. And they need the information about what, why, how, etc. That's where it will be useful. |

I've added the form link to the blog, but the blog still contains the About Page link, which has not been deployed yet. |
