Invalid workflow file: .github/workflows/build.yml#L232
The workflow is not valid. .github/workflows/build.yml (Line: 232, Col: 18): Invalid input, os-matrix is not defined in the referenced workflow.

We'll need to backport the extra os-matrix: stuff near the top of reusable-macos.yml.
