Replace container images to packages from cpython-devcontainers

Now we can manage our own package images at https://github.com/python/cpython-devcontainers and publish them through https://github.com/orgs/python/packages, so it's time to use them.

I can't use ``regen-configure.sh``` script "as-is":
